Crew Manager to join the Academy as Training Delivery Instructor, based at our Severn Park, Fire and Rescue Authority roles are listed in Schedule 1 of the Rehabilitation of Offenders act 1974 (Exceptions) Order and as such it is our policy to require all applicants to disclose any criminal convictions (both spent and unspent) including driving offences, cautions and/or reprimands. - Be a competent, substantive wholetime Firefighter and been successful in the Crew Manager promotion board or be a substantive wholetime Crew Manager.
- ITOP or Qualified L1 IC S
- Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions.
