DevOn Software is looking for a promising Business Development Executive to join our UK sales team and drive forward our client growth. You should be an innovative and goal-oriented individual, eager to play a critical role in expanding the client list for DevOn across the European market. The opportunity is a perfect match for a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, ready to build on top of our foundation.

Essential Duties

  • Generate sales opportunities to potential clients in the UK tailored around software services offered by DevOn.
  • Contact a high volume of C-level stakeholders and other decision makers to build on sales & market reputation for DevOn.
  • Utilize a variety of channels to engage with leads including e‑mail, cold calling, LinkedIn and video.
  • Establish a strong network of executives and nurture relations that will provide future opportunities for DevOn.
  • Organize and take part in sales presentations along with internal partners.
  • Continuously improve our way of working and look for new ideas.
  • Interact with global sales team, delivery managers and other internal stakeholders to form strategies for growth.
  • Build and update prospect list.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of business development experience, selling software services in the IT industry.
  • Understanding of software businesses and market trends.
  • Understanding of SCRUM, agile & DevOps methodology.
  • Confidence in selling software services to high-level stakeholders.
  • Consistent track record of hitting quotas and reaching targets.
  • Ready to travel and visit clients on location.
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in education.
