Join Our Team as a Floating Nursery Assistant/ Housekeeper Assistant! Location: Exeter – Work across four settings!

  • Acorns Nursery: 36 Alphington Rd, St Thomas, EX2 8HN
  • Discovery Nursery: Iddesleigh House, 97 Heavitree Rd, EX1 2NE
  • Tic Tocs Nursery: Haldon Rd, EX4 4DZ
  • Adventurers 64 Sylvan Rd, Exeter, EX4 6HA

Your Schedule

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (working with children)
  • Monday to Friday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (nursery cleaning)
  • No weekends!
  • Flexible days with your monthly schedule set in advance.
  • Minimum availability: you will need to be available to work at least 3 full days when required, to be considered.

What We’re Looking For

  • A caring, motivated individual passionate about supporting children’s exploration, development, and growth.
  • Ability to cover staff holidays including cleaner holidays within the provided hours.
  • Ideally, you’ll have 1 year of experience working in a nursery setting (preferred but not essential).
  • Commitment to providing a safe and engaging environment for all children.
  • Flexibility to work across multiple locations and times.
  • Availability to work in the room, assist with cooking & cleaning.

Due to our commitment to safer recruitment, successful candidates must complete a DBS check.
