We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, committed and motivated Early Years Practitioner to join our team. You will play a vital role in supporting children, fostering their development through a play-based curriculum in line with the EYFS framework.
While professional experience and qualifications are key for this role, make sure to check you have the preferable soft skills before applying if required.
You will build close relationships with families and work collaboratively with the team to plan and deliver engaging activities that support each child's individual needs. Candidates should demonstrate the following skills and attributes: Qualified at Level 2 in Early Years / Childcare / Early Years EducationHold suitable Literacy and Numeracy qualificationsExcellent communication skillsCreate a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environmentThe working pattern will be 20 hours per week / 42 weeks per year.
