The Job Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations to develop their skills within a professional hospitality environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen. You'll work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen team to ensure every plate leaving your station is perfect.   • Assist senior Chefs in the daily operations of the Kitchen, including food production and preparation.
  • Supervise junior Kitchen staff and ensure efficient team management during the shift.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of workstations, adhering to food safety and allergen regulations.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining quality and consistency.
