What will I be doing?
Producing perfectly cooked Breakfast to our specifications, keeping your work area clean and tidy and maintaining strict allergen controls. You will also:
- Getting ready for the day, setting up your section and preparing for the next day.
- Knowing what you are selling, expert knowledge in all things menu related.
- Restocking your section and coaching the junior team to do so as well.
- Being an ambassador for the hotel, giving our guests an amazing time with us!
What are we looking for?
Someone who is passionate about food! If you love to cook and take pride in everything you do then we want to hear from you, for this role you will also need relevant experience in a similar role! An interest in helping to shape and develop the next generation of chefs would also be advantageous.
