Systems and Compliance Administrator

We're looking for a proactive and highly organised Systems and Compliance Administrator to join our Operational Services team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems, supporting operational teams and ensuring services run safely, efficiently and in line with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) , Health & Safety and internal policies and standards., The Systems and Compliance Administrator will help ensure the Operational Services meets DVSA, Health & Safety and internal compliance requirements. You will manage and improve key operational systems - including AssetGo, PSS, Webaspx and Track It Now - while streamlining processes, reducing paperwork and supporting the Workshop, Waste and Grounds teams with audits, reporting and compliance. In this role, you'll support DVSA checks, driver logs and audits, and assist with incident investigations using our 360° vehicle footage. You'll also order vehicle parts where needed, plan servicing for grounds equipment and produce clear compliance reports that support effective decision-making.

• Keen to make a meaningful impact on service efficiency and compliance standards.
• Experience in fleet compliance, workshop operations, transport regulations or local authority services is desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate strong transferable skills.
