Devon County Council is seeking a Full-time Highway Asset Officer based in Exeter to lead the management of the highway estate and to support the planning and delivery of asset management programmes across Devon.
The role works with the Asset Management (Policy & Programme) Team, Neighbourhood Highway Teams, and external partners to develop forward maintenance programmes, ensure compliance, engage stakeholders and deliver value for money.
