We are seeking Experienced Social Workers for our South & West teams, supporting children in our care. Focusing on family‑led outcomes, you will build and maintain positive relationships with children and their families to achieve safety and stability. You will model high‑standards of professional social work practice and be used to working at pace, within a high‑pressured environment. You will provide good quality assessments to ensure improved consistent outcomes for our children, with no drift or delay for families.

Your skills and experience will include:

  • A social work qualification and registration with Social Work England
  • Satisfactory completion of your Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
  • Experience working within social care, including working in a multi‑agency and court environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislation, models, and theories relevant to children's social work
  • Good assessment, recording and SMART planning skills
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a car
