As a Reablement Support Worker, you’ll help people regain confidence and independence after illness, injury, or a hospital stay. That means working with people—not doing everything for them. From making a first meal again to getting out and about, you’ll be there to encourage, support, and celebrate every win (big or small!).
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting people to rebuild daily living skills
- Encouraging independence (no over-helping allowed!)
- Helping with routines like cooking, mobility, and personal care
- Building confidence and celebrating progress
- Working as part of a supportive, friendly team
