Wave Trust seeks an exceptional Peripatetic Pastoral Support Manager to provide strategic safeguarding leadership and pastoral care across our Devon Academies. The role requires working with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to safeguard and support learning, attendance and wellbeing.
You will coordinate multi-agency support, advocate for vulnerable children and lead practice improvements across the Trust, building strong relationships and contributing to outstanding safeguarding.
