Pinhoe Primary School is a large primary school in Exeter, with their own maintained Nursery on site.

Pinhoe Primary School is a popular and successful primary school which is seeking to appoint a flexible, motivated and enthusiastic individual to be part of our admin team.

We seek individuals who:

  • Can work as part of a team.
  • Are determined and passionate to secure the best possible outcomes for all children.
  • Provide professional, positive communication across the school and federation.
  • Assist the Executive School Business Manager, Senior Administration staff and SENCO in the provision of efficient and effective admin and clerical support services.
  • Have a good standard of written English.
  • Are able to build positive relationship with families and value these partnerships.
  • Be able to work under pressure, to be flexible and pro-active towards changes in day-to-day working arrangements and priorities.
  • Have experience in the use of IT with a knowledge of Microsoft Office.
