Fixed Term / Secondment (6 Months)

Full Time 37 hours per week

INTERNAL ONLY (DCC Employees Only)

We are excited to announce an internal opportunity for a financial professional to join our Integrated Adult Social Care Finance Team as a Principal Accountant. This role is offered on a fixed-term basis for six months.

The role will support strategic budget management for Adult Social Care, working closely with the Senior Management Team and Senior Leaders. Contributing to improvements in systems and processes will be a key aspect of this role.

The post holder will lead a financial management service at a strategic level for Senior Leaders and organize, develop, and deliver a comprehensive finance function. The role includes ensuring systems and processes are in place for financial modeling.
