This is an exciting dual role where no two days are the same. You will:
- Provide high‑quality support to pupils across the school, acting as a TA in upper KS2 in the mornings and a Family Support Worker in the afternoon.
- Build positive, constructive relationships with children and families, offering guidance and support to help every child thrive.
- Work closely with staff and external agencies to ensure early help, wellbeing support, and safeguarding processes are effective.
