Roundswell Community Primary Academy is seeking to recruit a caring, enthusiastic and motivated playworker to lead the breakfast club for our children. As a member of the Harbour Schools Partnership, we are committed to collaboration, innovation and excellence.
Your Role Will Include:
- Creating a fun and engaging activity programme.
- Directing the work of the play assistants.
- Supervising children during breakfast club.
- Encouraging healthy eating and positive social interaction.
- Ensuring the play spaces remain clean and safe.
- Promoting good behaviour and a caring atmosphere.
- Supporting children to complete their homework.
- Working alongside our admin team to promote the club, and coordinate bookings and billing.
A warm and approachable personality. Patience and a genuine interest in supporting children and having fun. Ability to work well in a team. Reliability and punctuality.
NJC Grade D £26,824 - £28,598 FTE (This will be paid pro-rata to reflect hours and weeks worked)
