SWGf L is seeking a dedicated Helpline Practitioner to join the Professionals Online Safety Helpline (POSH) on a 6‑month fixed term basis.

You will respond to calls and emails, offering practical safeguarding advice to professionals working with children and young people.

The role involves reviewing content, reporting for removal, liaising with partners and stakeholders, and maintaining accurate case records.

Office-based with some UK/European travel to support outreach and training.
