GTS Academy Trust, known as Great Torrington School, is looking to appoint a Level 2 Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible. The role requires the ability to communicate clearly, adaptability to meet a wide variety of situations, a sense of humour, and a genuine desire to support and motivate young people in their learning. An interest in supporting the social, emotional and mental health needs of young people is essential. A good all‑round education and proficiency in literacy, numeracy and ICT are desirable.
