Deaf Academy in Exmouth is seeking Residential Care Workers to support students aged 9-25 in developing independent living skills and education, at an adult residential centre or academy flats.

Roles include:

  • Organising social activities
  • Accompanying students on trips

The position operates in two teams, each at 42 hours per week, with a 2-week rota that includes weekends and some evenings; term-time plus 5 training days, with progression and CPD.
