We are seeking a dedicated

Inclusion Partner to support children and young people open to the Youth Justice Service, across Devon.

In this role, you will

  • Champion inclusion and educational engagement for vulnerable young people.
  • Work alongside the Youth Justice Service, schools and partners to remove barriers to learning.
  • Support reintegration into education, training or employment.
  • Help reduce reoffending by strengthening access to positive opportunities.

This role offers the chance to

  • Advocate for young people at risk of exclusion or disengagement.
  • Build strong multi‑agency partnerships.
  • Support sustained education, training and employment outcomes.
