Devon County Council is seeking an Inclusion Partner to support children and young people open to the Youth Justice Service across Devon. You will champion inclusion and educational engagement for vulnerable young people, working alongside the Youth Justice Service, schools and partners to remove barriers to learning and reintegration into education, training or employment.
This role aims to reduce reoffending by strengthening access to positive opportunities, and to build multi‑agency.
