The predicted salary is between 15000 - 20000 £ per year.

You will work alongside our Premises & Facilities Team Leader and wider team, where you will support the day-to-day upkeep, safety, and smooth operation of our buildings and sites, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and service users across our corporate buildings.

Supporting scheduled fire alarm and water management testing. Duties include general building maintenance tasks, basic repairs and upkeep of facilities, assisting with cleaning and ensuring buildings are safe and presentable.

Uniform and appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided. Supported to complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance Operative Apprenticeship at Exeter college.
