We have various weekend part-time hours and bank positions available for people we support in the Exeter & Exmouth areas. You will be gentle but purposeful, strong and robust with excellent communication skills. Although this is 1:1 working, you will be part of a positive and dynamic team. We provide bespoke support packages for individuals with autism and learning difficulties to live independently in their own homes, within their chosen communities.
What we offer:
- £13.38 per hour for weekend support and cover, £12.71 per hour for sleep-ins.
- Annual leave of 5.6 weeks per year pro-rata; extra leave is earned with all overtime. You earn holiday for every hour worked.
- A fixed 4-week rolling rota for predictability in scheduling.
- 55p per mile for work-related own vehicle use.
