Job Purpose SWGfL seeks a dedicated and organised individual to support the delivery and growth of the partnerships department for StopNCII.org, a global initiative that helps prevent the non consensual sharing of intimate images. The role will support the Assistant StopNCII Partnerships Manager in coordinating the StopNCII network, managing onboarding processes, maintaining CRM records, and delivering partner communications to ensure a positive and seamless experience for organisations engaging with StopNCII. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful online safety work alongside experts across the charity. StopNCII Programme Coordinators Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant StopNCII Partnerships Manager with day-to-day administrative activities that enable the effective and smooth delivery of all StopNCII network-related tasks and responsibilities.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for the StopNCII Network, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for those joining the programme.
• Provide professional and responsive support to external stakeholders, developing strong working relationships and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard.
• Monitor and maintain accurate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) records relating to the StopNCII Network, ensuring accurate data entry, compliance and effective workflow support for the wider team.
• Maintain and accurately update trackers, documentation, and filing systems.
• Collaborate with the Communications and Marketing department to help support visibility and engagement tasks that promote the future of StopNCII.
• Support outreach initiatives by engaging with prospective organisations, helping to raise awareness of StopNCII and encouraging participation in line with strategic, regulatory and legislative priorities.

Contacts and Relationships The post holder will liaise with a wide range of external stakeholders, including existing and the StopNCII Network, industry bodies, charities, government agencies, and professional organisations. They will work closely with the Assistant StopNCII Partnerships Manager, Communications team, Technical teams, and other SWGfL staff contributing to StopNCII's impact and the wider work of SWGfL.
