We are looking to appoint a committed, creative and enthusiastic Playworker to join our friendly and supportive team at our breakfast and after school club. You will play a key role in planning and leading creative activities and crafts whilst ensuring children are supervised in a safe and stimulating environment. You will foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where every child feels valued and supported.
Requirements for the role:
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or equivalent
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
This role requires a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. This role requires the ability to fulfil all spoken aspects of the role with confidence and fluency in English. Online searches may be done as part of pre-recruitment checks. A minimum of grade 4/C in English, Maths and Science.
