Responsibilities and Key Attributes
- Enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated, working alongside the nursery team to support children across all areas of the EYFS curriculum.
- Works under the direction of the Nursery Lead and liaises with other professionals both within and outside the nursery setting.
- Shows a high degree of initiative and responds to situations with integrity and compassion.
- Has experience working with children, ideally within a nursery environment.
- Can inspire and motivate children to be the best they can be.
- Encourages every child to learn and achieve, with enthusiasm, skill and a desire to make a difference.
- Passionate about ensuring high expectations for all, so they make outstanding progress.
