This is an Assistant Director level opportunity for an accomplished senior leader to join Devon County Council as the Head of Integrated Adult Social Care Operations. As part of our senior leadership team, you will support the newly appointed Deputy Director of Operations (2025) and play a key role in delivering future-fit adult social care services. System leadership is also a key part of the role as we look to embed new ways of working as part of Integrated Neighbourhood Development and Local Government Reorganisation. We are embarking on a transformative five-year Living Well in Devon programme in partnership with Newton, providing unique opportunities for skills.
