The Accounts Payable Team is looking to recruit a Grade D Finance Officer.
This role offers the opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team responsible for processing a high volume of invoices and responding to a wide range of queries on a daily basis. Experience of working within an Accounts Payable environment or a finance-related role is essential, as is the ability to work accurately and effectively, often to tight deadlines. A positive and customer-focused approach when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders is also key.
We are seeking a positive, self-motivated individual who is keen to support the training and development of new colleagues. The successful candidate will play an active role in implementing process improvements and contributing to the ongoing success and efficiency of the team.
In addition, the postholder will provide support and guidance to junior team members and new starters, helping to foster a collaborative working environment and strong team ethos.
Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritise workloads effectively, and the confidence to work independently are essential. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate a flexible, proactive approach and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the team.
