About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, optimistic, and dedicated individual to join our team as an Education & Wellbeing Mentor.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people, helping them become the best version of themselves.

  • Provide social, emotional, and mental health support.
  • Build trusted relationships based on mutual respect.
  • Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for young people and their families.
  • Design and deliver bespoke learning packages tailored to individual needs.
  • Travel across South Hams, Teignbridge, Cornwall and parts of West Devon area (travel expenses covered).

  • You must
  • Hold a full UK driving licence (two yrs minimum)
  • Have access to your own vehicle insured for business use
  • Be willing to travel and work flexibly
