Role Overview

Are you an experienced Customer or Stakeholder Liaison Officer looking to step into a leadership role? This position will lead a team to deliver high‑quality stakeholder engagement across a wide range of construction projects in Devon.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support a stakeholder engagement team.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians and wider operational teams.
  • Engage confidently with a broad range of stakeholders – from County Councillors to residents, businesses and community groups.
  • Drive continuous improvement in communication and engagement practices.

Project Scope

You will be involved in diverse work, from reactive safety repairs and routine maintenance to major infrastructure schemes such as new bridges, cycle routes, footways and key road improvements.

Requirements
