We are looking for a kind and caring individual to join our team. You will have a relevant level 3 or above childcare qualification and experience of working within a childcare setting. You will also be committed to maintaining the highest standards in childcare and education, take a keen interest in every child's progress and ensure that the planning is interesting and exciting for the children who attend the setting.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Working under the supervision of our Pre-School manager to provide the highest quality early years provision for children of pre-school age
  • To be a proactive and positive room leader to a team of staff providing outstanding standards of childcare and education by providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment to enable the emotional, social and educational development of children, through individual attention and group activities
  • Use a range of tools to monitor and review activities and individual children's progress continuously.
