We're looking for two part time Customer Support Centre Advisors who are passionate about delivering outstanding service and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact. You will be part of a friendly, multi-disciplined team where customer focus drives our performance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional front-line customer service across all service areas and access channels.
- Resolving routine enquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Taking ownership of customer interactions, especially in emotive situations, empowering and influencing customers toward positive outcomes.
- Be confident in handling challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
- Pay close attention to detail and remain calm and composed under pressure, especially in challenging situations.
- Excel in customer service, with clear and accurate communication skills when engaging with colleagues, the public, and partner agencies.
- Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to team goals and shared success.
Qualifications
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent competency gained through work experience and learning.
- Have experience in inbound/outbound contact centre environments or similar customer-facing roles.
- Bring relevant experience or transferable skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
