Positions: Permanent x5 Full Time (37 hours per week)

Location: Totnes, Ivybridge, Exeter Central, East Devon

About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and creative individuals who are person‑centred and dedicated to promoting independence through strength‑based approaches.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with a diverse range of young people and adults on a time‑limited basis.
  • Manage a dynamic caseload of individuals, helping them achieve their goals, aspirations, and gain independence.
  • Use training and coaching to empower individuals, reducing, or preventing their reliance on support.
  • Promote the use of technological solutions, such as apps and daily living equipment, to enhance independence.
  • Help individuals find meaningful employment and integrate successfully into the workforce.
  • Willingness to work occasional weekends and evenings.
