The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are seeking to appoint a Clerk to our Governing Board, which currently comprises Pinhoe Church of England Primary School in Exeter and Woodbury Church of England Primary School in East Devon. You will be an organised and experienced Administrator, with efficient skills in agenda setting, minute taking, record keeping and facilitation.
We are looking for someone who can work their annual hours flexibly to meet the needs of the Governors meeting cycle, and be present to minute-take during early evening meetings. A willingness to travel between the schools in our Federation is also important. A desk space will be available at each school for work on site when necessary and an element of Clerk work can also be completed remotely. Most of the work will be undertaken during the term time only and hours worked each month depend on the cycle of governance and when meetings are diarised. Full, advance notice of meetings is available on most occasions.
Experience and Qualifications
Experience as a Clerk and knowledge of school governance processes would be advantageous, but is not essential.
