Are you friendly, reliable, and passionate about providing healthy meals for children? We are looking for a motivated School Catering Assistant to join our busy catering team and help create a positive dining experience for our pupils. You'll play an important role in ensuring our students enjoy a safe, welcoming, and efficient lunchtime experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation and serving of meals and snacks.
  • Set up and replenish food counters.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Clean and sanitise kitchen and dining areas.
  • Follow food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen procedures.
  • Help monitor stock and report shortages.
  • Provide friendly and professional customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors.
  • Support the catering team with daily kitchen duties as required.
