Are you looking for a role that will enable you to fully utilise your talents in a forward thinking and supportive independent charity? Do you have the skills, experience and personal qualities necessary to provide superb, highly organised and professional HR, office and people management & support to the Board of Trustees, Executive Management Team and staff of Devon Communities Together? We are the Rural Community Council for Devon, working alongside communities across Devon to tackle challenges that can arise from living in a rural county.
We are looking for a highly experienced, organised and proactive Administration Manager to oversee HR support, office operations, support services and charity governance administration, with a firm focus on quality standards and compliance. You will manage our relationship with external HR consultants, ensuring all HR policies and procedures meet statutory and legal requirements. You will lead a small support services team, oversee office and administrative services, and provide key support to Executive Management and our Board of Trustees. You will also ensure our office environment is safe, inclusive, and cost-effective, creating a positive working environment for staff and stakeholders.
