About the role:
Starting salary for 25.5 hours per week is £17,991 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £19,747 per annum. (Full time equivalent is £26,106 to £28,653 per annum).
To provide a professional and confidential support service on behalf of PSD to identified customers including the public, police officers and police staff, the Independent Office Police Conduct (IOPC), OPCC, HM Coroner’s Office.
Post is responsible for providing professional, public facing, customer service by answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries from external stakeholders including complainants or their agents, IOPC, OPCC, Coroner’s Office etc and internally to Officers, staff and often their senior managers.
