Training will be held at Police Headquarters, Middlemoor, Exeter, requiring travel to and from Exeter during the training period.
Role Responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for reported crimes and incidents at the front office and via non-urgent communication channels.
- Providing initial responses, advice, and guidance to the public and agencies, including signposting to partner organizations when necessary.
- Accurately recording information and supporting witnesses and victims with reassurance, escalating issues when appropriate.
The Police Enquiry Office operates Monday to Saturday.
