Salary £38,169 rising by yearly increments to a maximum of £42,612 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension

About the role
The principal responsibility of the Resource Management Unit Business & IT Systems Manager is to manage and co‑ordinate the Force‑wide use of Resource Management IT to facilitate the optimum provision of resources in the most cost effective way. In particular:
- Be the Business Manager, subject matter expert and lead advisor for all force Resource Management IT issues.
- Attending, and chairing/hosting when required, relevant internal, regional and national meetings.
- Manage and co‑ordinate the provision of the Resource Management IT system for all police officers and police staff.
- Be the business representative for any Projects involving Resource Management IT.
- Commission and develop appropriate training for Resource Management IT system users. Personally deliver training when necessary.
