Salary: £30,333 rising to £34,662 per annum + Excellent Benefits including Government Pension
Hours per week: This role is 37 hours per week. However, we welcome applications from individuals wishing to work on a part-time basis and we are willing to consider flexible working patterns subject to business need.
About the role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Evidential Property department as an Evidential Property Supervisor based in Exeter or Plympton. This hardworking and integral department manages the collection, recording, specialist storage, maintenance, and destruction or return of seized items of evidence and found property across Devon and Cornwall. The role will supervise a team of Evidential Property Officers based in Exeter and Plympton. Due to the role managing two teams, there will be a requirement to travel between Exeter and Plympton on a regular basis (at least weekly). The role holder will need to hold a valid driver’s license. This role requires someone who displays a strong sense of integrity, teamwork, and who has an eye for detail. Accuracy and accountability are key in this department and a talent for identifying efficient ways of working would be most welcome.
Please note: This role will require travel to alternative locations on a regular basis, for which a vehicle will be provided and travel times will be inside of normal working hours.
