About the role:
Our Business Analysts support various projects and initiatives, including system upgrades, departmental moves, infrastructure changes, new technologies, and automation processes. You may be involved at any stage of the change lifecycle, from scoping to testing and go-live, collaborating with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in policing.
You will be a valued member of our friendly Business Change department, which includes a diverse team with extensive knowledge and experience. The Business Analyst role is within the Business Design Team, receiving support from colleagues to ensure confidence and competence in delivering this vital role.
