THE ROLE
The Marketing and Communications Officer delivers day‑to‑day social media publishing, supports PR and media activity, and helps run multi‑channel marketing campaigns that increase reach, engagement and conversations. They will schedule and create content, assist with email, web and CRM activity, and use AI tools. They will also support media enquiries, issue news releases, and contribute to events and wider organisational communications, ensuring consistent messaging and a positive supporter experience.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for someone who has social media marketing experience, strong writing skills and confidence working across digital channels, with the ability to stay organised, communicate clearly and work collaboratively. You will be creative, curious and detail‑focused, and you will understand the media landscape and basic reporting.
