DevLogic is hiring a Zoho One Systems Manager for a growing group of professional services businesses based in Manchester. If you’re confident working across the full Zoho One suite and enjoy making systems run smoother, faster, and smarter – this could be a great fit. You’ll manage and improve how multiple businesses use Zoho One day-to-day – from CRM and Projects to Finance, Support, and Automation – playing a key role in streamlining operations and driving efficiency across the group.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of Zoho One across all businesses, supporting teams with workflows, reporting, automation, and app setup. There’s a lot of variety and no two days will be the same – it’s a great opportunity to make a real impact across multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the setup, improvement, and day-to-day management of Zoho One
- Customise and configure core apps (CRM, Creator, Books, Projects, Desk, etc.)
- Work with business leaders to build workflows and automation
- Train and support staff on best practices across all apps
- Ensure data is clean, accurate, and easy to report on
- Build dashboards and reports that support smart decision-making
- Spot inefficiencies and solve them with smart system design
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a CRM, systems, or operations role
- Strong hands-on experience with Zoho One
- Familiar with automation tools like Zapier or Zoho workflows
- Confident working with data, building reports, and supporting teams
- Clear communicator, self-starter, able to work across multiple teams
