Ready to step up and lead a strong .NET team through a real tech transformation? We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to guide a capable team of mid-to-senior developers working on a mission-critical booking and reservations platform used across multiple brands. It's the backbone of the business — and it's evolving fast.
With multiple businesses moving onto one platform, this team is right at the heart of that change. You'll play a key role in shaping delivery, mentoring others, and keeping the team aligned and motivated. You'll also stay hands-on mainly in .NET, making sure you're close to the code and leading by example.
Here's what's in it for you:
- Lead a major platform rebuild used across a growing group of brands
- Mentor and guide mid-to-senior developers ready to level up
- Work alongside a supportive CTO and experienced tech lead who value your input
- Make agile work properly – not just the buzzwords
- Flexible hybrid setup – typically just 0–2 days/week in Chester
- Solid pay – £65–70K salary range
This is a people-first, delivery-focused role in a fast-growing, private equity–backed business. The team's already strong; your job is to help them level up and deliver even better.
