We’re looking for a Lead Software Developer to guide a capable team of mid-to-senior devs working on a mission-critical booking and reservations platform used across multiple brands. It’s the backbone of the business — and it’s evolving fast. With multiple businesses moving onto one platform, this team is right at the heart of that change.

You’ll play a key role in shaping delivery, mentoring others, and keeping the team aligned and motivated. You’ll also stay hands-on mainly in .NET, making sure you’re close to the code and leading by example.
