We’re hiring a hands-on CTO/COO to work side-by-side with the founder across two growing businesses – a fashion retailer and a B2B fashion community platform. This is your chance to shape the backbone of a fast-scaling group with real creative energy behind it.
You’ll bring clarity to the chaos, build for scale, and lead a small but capable team (onshore and offshore) as we gear up for big growth.
In this role:
- Lead tech strategy and delivery (.NET, React, TypeScript)
- Own day-to-day ops – from logistics to fulfilment to process
- Manage and grow distributed teams
- Build internal systems and structure to scale
You’ll need to be just as comfortable with tech architecture as you are streamlining workflows. If you’ve scaled startups, ecommerce, or marketplaces before - this could be the one.
