Based in Basingstoke, Devlin has been established for over 40 years and provides tailored solutions through extensive engineering expertise and cutting‑edge manufacturing capabilities.
We are seeking a Production Leader to lead daily electronics assembly operations, coordinate production activities to accommodate urgent demands, maintain ISO‑standard operations, and assist the production manager to ensure customer satisfaction and optimise workflow efficiency. With training and mentoring, you will be keen to learn other important roles within the production process.
Essential Experiences:
- 2 years’ hands‑on experience in a production team lead role
- Plan, schedule, and monitor production using ERP systems
- Understand technical drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Preferred Experiences:
- Experience with flow solder and PCB assembly
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure material availability
- Health & Safety compliance
