What You'll Be Working On:
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to define project scope and objectives
- Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of business needs and translating them into technical specifications
- Conducting process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow analysis to identify improvement opportunities
- Supporting project teams in the development and testing of business solutions

What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a similar role, preferably in IT or project management
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Jira, or Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications are a plus
