Our team are seeking a talented individual, ideally a current team lead or experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse looking to step up, to join our team and provide top-notch care to our furry patients. The Role
We're looking for a compassionate and capable Team Lead RVN, or experienced Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our experienced team on a Maternity Cover basis. This is a rewarding role where you'll make a real impact on patient outcomes and client experience.
You'll work closely with our vets during medical and surgical procedures and play a key role in ensuring safe and comfortable recovery for every patient in our care. Your responsibilities will also include:
- Accurate and up-to-date nursing and patient record-keeping
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols
- Supporting practice efficiency and teamwork
- Building trusting relationships with clients through clear, empathetic communication
We're seeking an RCVS Team Lead Registered Veterinary Nurse who is:
- Passionate about animal welfare and high clinical standards
- A confident communicator, both with clients and colleagues
- Able to work independently while also contributing positively to team dynamics
- Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
