Calling all caring and compassionate individuals who want to make a difference in Foster Care. Devereux (TFC in Central/West Springfield) has an immediate opening for a Case Coordinator (bilingual preferred but not required).
$1,000 Sign on Bonus
Base pay starting at $20.46/hour with additional compensation for higher education/experience in the field.
Paid Orientation Training
As a Case Coordinator, you will supervise a caseload of proctor homes and provide a variety of services to support them. You will also serve as a liaison between the proctor parents, school, biological parents, and other collateral agencies as appropriate. Home visits and on-call rotation are also part of the responsibilities.
Available hours for this position are: Monday through Friday 9-5, with occasional nights & weekends to meet with foster families.

Qualifications
For consideration, you must have:
- Valid Driver\’s License
- 21 years of age or older
- BA or BS in Human Services related field required
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish required
- At least two (2) years of related experience with children and families required
- Virtual Gateway knowledge strongly preferred
- Completion of the Diana Screening Assessment
- Availability to attend a New Hire Orientation, 8am – 4pm
- Must be a licensed social worker (LSWA or higher) OR able to successfully obtain licensure within 6 months of hire
- After orientation, schedule remains Monday – Friday, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children.
Devereux maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse and fosters a culture of reporting abuse, cooperating fully with authorities.
