The pay for LPNs starts at $28.72/hour and RNs at $37.35, with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience. Flexible shifts available: evenings and weekends. This position is located in Rutland, MA.
$1,500 Sign-on Bonus
Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts serves students with various complex psychological, emotional, and behavioral disorders, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a nurse at Devereux, you will use your expertise in the field to make a positive impact on our clients and families by playing an integral role in admission assessments; assessing individuals; collecting and documenting individual’s current health status and medical history; administering medications; and assisting with initial treatment plans and treatment planning process. Strong communication skills are required as communicating information related to the individual’s medical care and behaviour with the treatment team including the psychiatrist is key. You will be responsible for oversight of assigned case load of individuals residing in our group homes, and work collaboratively with team members, external agencies, and/or guardians.

Qualifications:
If LPN:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must be a licensed practical nurse in the State of Massachusetts.
- Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.
If RN:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Graduated from an accredited school of nursing.
- Must hold a current RN license by the Massachusetts State Board of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related field of nursing.
Schedule & Pay:
Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA. Proceeding Orientation: Looking for shift coverage during vacations.
For LPNs: Starting at $28.72/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $30.73/hour.
For RNs: Starting at $37.35/hour with additional compensation added for higher education and/or years of relevant experience up to $40.35/hour.
